This 3500 square foot house sits on a fenced private property on Choctawhatchee Bay on the northwest side of Destin. This incredibly spacious home and property is perfect for a family or multi-family vacation and could also serve as home base for large groups or events. The Destin Bayside Vacation Rental could easily host Family Reunions, Small Weddings and other Events. An impressive open floor plan includes a Great Room, Sun Room, Kids' Playroom, Dining Nook, Large Outfitted Kitchen, large front and back yards, private pool, grill, incredible view of the Bay, and a dock on the water. The living area features tile floors, high ceilings, and incredible space. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two ovens, counter-space, three sinks and a food pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a full laundry. There are four bedrooms. The large master suite has a king sized bed, a trundle, a futon, a loveseat, access to the backyard and pool, a walk-in closet and a fantastic master bath with separate vanities, huge garden tub and separate shower. One bedroom is outfitted for the kids with a twin, two bunk beds, and two trundles. The last two bedrooms have Queen and Full beds. One of the bedrooms includes a futon as well. One of the Queen bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a powder room off the Great Room. Additional sleeping space includes a sleeper sofa, three regular sofas and two more love seats. There is a dining nook with a table for 8. There is a long table in the sunroom and the wet bar has stools for four. The Kids' Playroom and the Great Room each have a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV and wifi allows you to access your Netflix or Hulu accounts. For groups staying a week, maid service will provide clean linens, get rid of the garbage and do regular cleaning. The property has video cameras that record activities 24/7, for the safety and security of our guests and the property. My husband and I, along with his sister and brother in law, spent a week at this fabulous house. The owners are fabulous and were very accommodating and very responsive to my messages. The house was absolutely amazing and had plenty of room. They have thought of everything and tried to provide everything you would need so that you do not have to pack tons of stuff. The view is so peaceful and tranquil. We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday and this place was just what we needed to relax. You are on the bay but close enough to drive to the beach in 5 mins. We honestly never went to the beach because we so enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the mullet jump. The pool was just right for our trip. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. As you can see by my pictures the view couldn't be any better.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed, TV, and a huge custom private bathroom.
This room rents for $150.00 per night for two people, plus $10 extra for each additional person. This room is large enough for an air mattress. 10% due upon booking, 90% due 24 hours before arrival. |

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full size bed, and shares a large bathroom (shower only). This room is $100 per night for two people, plus $10 extra per night for each additional person. 10% due upon booking, 90% due 24 hours before arrival.

The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, two trundle beds, and a twin bed (sleeps 7 total). This room shares a large bathroom that has a shower (no tub). This room is $100 per night for two people, plus $10 per night extra per additional person.
